About Us

We’re Adrian and Lisa, creators, aviators, partners in life and work. We build things that teach, tools that help, and experiences that bring people together.

Creator Aviator is our studio and our shared mission: create with purpose, ship with speed, and help people grow. We’ve built educational properties, gaming tools, and software that lets our team operate at the speed and quality of a much larger studio.

Who We Are

Lisa

Artist, Filmmaker, Visual Architect

MFA‑trained with 15+ published art books and a thriving art academy, Lisa leads everything visual: artwork, thumbnails, AI films, and most video editing. Her toolkit spans from pencils to Wacom tablets, blending paper and pixels like a chef crafting the perfect recipe.

Adrian

Engineer, Systems Builder, Problem Solver

Programming since age nine and building Internet infrastructure since the mid‑90s, Adrian runs the tech: servers, networking, production pipelines, and the software that powers our channels. If a tool doesn’t exist, he writes it. Automation is his superpower, offloading repetitive work so we can focus on creating.

Our Origin Story

The F train in New York City
The subway will always surprise you.

We met on the subway in New York. Lisa was delivering one of her paintings to the person who had bought it, and Adrian was headed to work at his company that built and managed Internet data centers. He was about to open an office in Poland, and he snatched Lisa up and took her with him. Since then we’ve lived everywhere from old European cities to South American farmland. New places make us better creators, and we bring that curiosity to everything we make.

Lisa made the jump to YouTube first, starting an art channel in support of her very first book, and Adrian followed shortly after with a channel about technology and what Lisa calls, “the gibberish.” Things progressed organically from there, with each video being slightly better than the one before and each story more complete than the last. Books became courses. Videos became guides. Creativity became passion.

How We Work (and Why It Works)

We see the world differently and respect the value in those differences. Every project starts as a conversation and a map. Lisa’s eye for story and design meets Adrian’s instinct for systems and speed. The result is always better than what either of us would make alone. We let the person with the strengths do the things that they’re good at, and we hand projects back and forth as each of us sculpts our part.

Our rule of thumb: the right way is the way that gets it done: beautifully, responsibly, and without busywork.

Education is in everything we do because an informed individual is a powerful individual. Teaching people how to think about a problem is more important than telling them what to think. Our channels are gateways for building real communities where people help each other succeed. Everyone has been where someone else is now, and we always ask our friends to “pay it forward” and help someone else when the next opportunity arises.

If Adrian has to do anything more than twice, he’ll write software to do it for him. Technology can be a force multiplier, extending a person’s reach and influence to unimaginable distances, and we recognize that power and the responsibility that comes with it. We try to lead by example, helping others wherever they are in their journey. Every one of our creations strives to teach, from videos about the science and math behind a game’s rewards to tools that teach probability while explaining how sample sizes affect the drop rate from an event.

More Than Content: Community

Gamer Aviator's self-sustaining community on Discord

We’ve built spaces where gamers help other gamers and learners help each other level up. When everyone gives back, everyone gets stronger. That’s why we do this.

Community is overlooked and undervalued. A broadcast platform echoes back, and without a place for people to go, the echoes fade and die. We’re proud of the members in our community, from those who ask questions to those who spend the time to write guides to those who donate time to help someone they don’t know just because they asked.

Adrian built communities around brands and products for many years, and he learned how important it is to listen to people and to show them that they are valued. It’s difficult to build real relationships online. Everything is fragmented. Everything has sharp edges. A commmunity also has to be responsibly managed, shepherded, and led through gentle guidance, encouraging and promoting healthy behavior and discouraging the opposite. Like protecting a young sapling from parasites and predators, watching a community develop is like watching that sapling turn into a mighty tree.

The Human Side

Of course, we’re real people too.

Lisa loves dogs. Like really, really, really loves dogs. Our newest crew member is River, a polished pup and a constant distraction. Why work when we can play with her? Training is a daily ritual and a joy as we watch her transform from shelter dog into a polite, well-trained companion.

Adrian chases challenges: drones, paramotors, wreck diving on a rebreather. He loves everything where the only competition is yesterday’s best. Constantly seeking out new challenges, his only wish is that he could spend even more time in the air and the sea.

What’s Next

We’ll keep growing, teaching, and helping people meet their goals. Practically, that means building sustainable products, courses and software we can improve over time. We want to contribute lasting value to every person whose life we touch.
