About charges and refunds for purchases made through Creator Aviator brands.

Purchases from any of our brands may appear as “Creator Aviator LLC” on your statement or invoice. If you’re here because you saw an unfamiliar charge, Creator Aviator LLC is the parent company that operates the brands you can see on our homepage.

How charges show up

Every brand we operate processes payments through Creator Aviator LLC. Depending on your bank, the descriptor on your statement may read as one of the following:

  • CREATOR AVIATOR
  • CREATOR AVIATOR LLC
  • CREATORAVIATOR.COM

Any of these descriptors means the charge came from a purchase on one of our brand sites. The purchase itself was made on the brand’s own website; for example It’s Easy to Draw.

Refunds and disputes

Refund eligibility and timing are governed by the brand you purchased from. Check your purchase confirmation email — it will have the brand’s support address and a link to its refund policy. You can also see our returns/refund policy for the general framework.

Still not sure about a charge?

Email hello@creatoraviator.com with:

  • The descriptor exactly as it appears on your statement
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • The email address you used at checkout (if you remember)

We’ll identify the brand and route you to the right place, usually within one business day.
